Yesterday was laboured, slow progress with SE wind travelling due south not the course of 146 wanted. Today was much the same until 13 00hrs. The forecast ENE wind started to make their presence felt increasing until now about 19 00 when we are on course, speed a slightly more respectable 3.5 knots.  Weather great after last nights rain and distant thunder storms.

Life below decks is a bit bumpy and uncomfortable as we are close hauled. No one is feeling very hungry. We ate the last biscuit yesterday so we have managed today with cerk (yorky for cake) and tea.
