We are spending a few days at anchor before we head into the marina for the arrival of my parents. El Mundo is here as well, so we had them over for sushi and drinks when we arrived. Vlad had fought a small tuna just outside of the town on our approach, so it couldn't have been fresher! I didn't have avocado, so Alex was very kind and gave me one of her ripe ones. I picked her up from her yacht and she showed me where the supermarket was etc, so I got a few more items there before the crew arrived. Alex and I took the kids to the beach the next day, and had a wonderful time. The kids played on the beach all day, with a brief brake for a picnic lunch. Alex and I drank Pina Coladas and relaxed. The water was clear and clean, and there was a regatta of small local boats going on, with music and festivities to go along with it. A great start to out time on "The Spice Island".
