Clearly I have been at sea too long as I have begun to have "feelings" for the large white fender which shares a bunk with me!
Today has been baking- thank you John for the baking tin,a perfect size for 2 lbs.-left to rise on the engine and in the oven for 28 mins. The loaf is cooling now so the proof will be in the eating.
The wind speeds are better and we had our best 24 hrs distance at 109 nautical miles.
Cloudy yesterday but sunny today and always warm.
The captain wants to stop for his bath today so I expect we will all have a dip!
Yesterday's fish was excellent so I hope it will be a day or two before we start chewing on the baby wipes.l am so pleased we got the biodegradable ones.
The Cooper cake is much appreciated although it seems to shrink during the night-I have my suspicions!

PS Just discovered that George is a master bread maker-no pressure then!
