And we're off again

After a nice break in St.Lucia we are off sailing again. A short hop of around 500nm to Curacao near Columbia.

So, after crossing the Atlantic we said goodbye to Andy & Rob, but have now been joined by Christine & another Andy. Christine joined on the 19th & spent Christmas on board with Roy. I went home for a week to see Tina & Nicky, which was great, and then flew back on the 27th with Andy.
When we arrived Christine & Roy had the boat looking good & fully stocked with food ready to go.
We cleared customs & immigration this morning & slipped out at 13.30 local time (4 hours behind the UK).
Everyone has settled in well & we have perfect downwind sailing in 15-20knt winds. Currently making around 7knts with and ETA of lunchtime on the 31st just in time for New Years Eve in Caracao.
In Curacao we join the Ocean Cruising Club Rally and we will be joining some 20 other boats to sail to Panama & the start of the Pacific. Exciting!!!
