Wednesday 29^th July – Argostoli, Kefalonia

This morning we were going to get up early and move on; we woke up around 7am, turned over, and went back to sleep.  By the time we surfaced it was 11am, and a bit late for leaving. 

So Leo and everyone else had a laugh at us and we settled down to complete a few outstanding jobs around the boat and errands in town, and pretend that was why we hadn’t moved on (obviously not fooling anyone).

We blew up the dinghy, bought some more petrol for the generator, did some passage planning, and I then spent a really good afternoon reading and catching up with a few people on Skype.

This evening we have had a picnic of traditional Greek food for supper – bread, olives, tzatziki, taramasalata.
