Friday 13th February – Cagliari (Getting cold) 39:12.064N 9:07.510E
It was a dry and sunny day but with a very cold wind so I tackled some washing. The washing on the line was so cold that I couldn’t tell if it was dry until I got it down below and warmed up.
This afternoon we decided to go for a walk as we have been boat bound for so long. We got to the end of the marina before starting to shiver, had a quick walk around the hard where the boats are kept when out of the water and then straight back to the warmth of the boat – we abandoned our plan to walk into town.
Late afternoon we had some severe gusts and we were back to bouncing around. This evening the small oil heaters have been struggling to keep the boat warm. Brrr…
