Sunday 8^th February – Cagliari (More wind and more winches)

The bad weather continued with showers and stronger winds from the north - so it was another ‘indoors’ day.

Richard worked hard in the cockpit and managed to finish cleaning and servicing the rest of the winches.  There didn’t appear to be any pieces left over and they still seem to work so hopefully that is a good sign.  He did discover one of the pawls in one of the winches was sticking shut so it was as well we serviced them all. 

I made more bread, this time a milk loaf, and it turned out much better than my previous efforts; so delicious was it that we ate most of it for dinner.  Meals are a little bread centric at the moment!
