We eat well on board. Some of the delights: Sven’s made from scratch spicy tomato soup; Will’s sausages (specially imported from Germany thanks Sven!) and mash with onion gravy; Chris’ lentil dahl, Ali’s cole slaw (always delicious, but for Chris, never more so than when poured into the jar containing the last scrapings of Jane Jamieson’s magnificent chutney - photo attached); Ant’s Thai stir fry; WJ’s gammon with pineapple; Peter’s porridge. We’re working on our new book of recipes; “Twenty-one days at sea”.
