ACTIVITIES:

REAN:
Cooked up the most awesome omelets for breakfast.

JAN:
Told us a few stories of when he was fighting in the Boer war, Northern Island, Gulf 1 & 2 and even 3 (which we're not sure about)! Its important to stress that he was late for his afternoon watch, thankfully Jules, despite having been on watch since 07:00 stood in for him until he decided it was his turn.
Jan tested the water for Rean's shower by scolding himself - now we have two idiots on board!!

JULES:
Jan and Julian are in a watch war, which Jan is only just winning at the moment by 20 mins
Jules spotted a ship, which headed straight for us, then after many avoidance tactics being employed, it turned around and seemed to hunt us down. Rean got on the radio and asked the captain of the vessel what he was up to. He replied that he was just hanging around waiting for some traffic to move out of the Las Palmas area.

ED:
Still feels fine. He has felt fine all this time he says - vomiting, headache, stomach ache, etc, but apparently this is fine! So we don't really know how Ed feels. He spends most of his day in the cabin, which now smells a little like the bog in a pub somewhere in Yorkshire. Also he washed up and use nearly all the water!!

GENERAL
We have finally run out of wind on the beam and now have to use the asymmetric or kite for the downwind passage. Still keeping a good speed
Tonight we are looking forward to Pastes (from the Argentinian and chips from potatoes).
We have had a fine sunny day with a few clouds and the sea has settled to a 3-4 ft swell.
