Position: 20:50.51N 64:26.18W
Left Frenchman's Cay just before 8:00 in the dark and headed past Joste van Dyke on the left and Anagada on the right.
Matt's Cabin fan is broken so i will have to swap it out with another one, maybe the one from the forward berths. Full main and Genoa in about 15 Knots of wind heading due North to Bermuda, which is 830 NM from Tortola. Mari went to bed at about 10:30 and Matt followed suite at 11:00.

I was on watch until the sun came up. I called Mari to watch it rise with me over a cup of hot coffee. During the night a flying fish landed on deck and we passed a few localised rain storms, but missed them. The RADAR actually picks up the storms and tracks them...cool.

I have set the auto pilot (Ray) on a wind heading of 56 degrees and we are making good headway at about 8.5 Knots. The galley hatch in the floor is leaking badly. Every time we have a bit of wave slam the water shoots in through a gap in the rubber seal. Matt and I inserted 2 towels into the hatch opening to absorb the water and to stop it shooting into the boat.

At about 11:00 am in the morning the Screacher sail tore in two. This was a mission to bring down and I had to get in the water to dismantle the pole. It took me more than an hour to get it sorted, but we are underway again, albeit a bit slower than before.

I started the generator to make water and charge the batteries, so I thought I would turn on the Air Conditioning and take a nap. I haven't slept in 24 hours. Water tanks were full in less than an hour and I have an hour left to go on the batteries.
