Crumbs where do I start !!
We have survived and are alive more later
Saw numerous planes
0 dolphins
2 whales
0 anything else
Loads of ships
Great sunset
Caught a squid - well we found him on deck
All was going well until about 4 am this morning when steve woke me shouting we are tangled in nets ! Paul thought the red flashing light was 20 miles away then he realise it wasn't when we stopped
It was chaos and then the Moroccan fishing boat arrived yelling and shouting and demanding 5000 euros luckily we stood firm even when two of them came on board with knives !
Sat phone came to the rescue and we contacted Falmouth coastguard tarifa emergency services who relayed our problem to morrocco emergency via Madrid
By now the very unhappy Moroccans had wound in most of their net and cut us adrift - this took about 3 hours
So now we are adrift can't start the engine and there is no wind and a fair swell running
Luckily Jive bond and Paul bong had a quick dive and cut us loose ( another hour gone )
So now we are under motor heading to gib but running very late !!
One more update later !!
