Bob's Beach walk

In the morning we walked to Bob’s beach!  Or rather, we started to walk to Bob’s beach and then the footpath went up the side of the cliff with no fence seaward side.  Paul clung to the side of the cliff and so we came back down.  As I pointed out to him, that’s what it feels like for me to be on a plane.  The only difference is that he can refuse to walk and stop, I can’t get off the plane.  Anyway, it’s spring here at the moment and the further north we have come the more things in flower.  Lots the birds and plants were brought here to make people feel at home.  I’m sure we get these pretty cliff plants in the UK but I could be wrong.

Lots of wild sweet pea around, all this lovely purple and deep purple colour.

View down Charlotte Sound from the footpath.
