Out and about around Innisfail, him indoors will just not stay indoors!.  There are lots of small railways criss crossing the road – Paul cannot get over the quantity.  Anyway they are for transporting the sugar cane.  Here’s a load of empty containers on the track.

Visited Josephine Falls section of Wooroonooran National Park and a walk through a mesophyll vine forest.  Lots of large leaves,

butrees tree roots, thick woody vines

and epiphytes.

Some lovely mosses.

A tourist doing some water skate boarding.

And a nice shot without tourists, difficult as this was another plunge pool.

Still in crocodile territory though, this was pool beside the river further downstream.

Further downstream, some great pot holes filled with sands and pebbles.

Paul under a King fern – which has the world’s largest fronds.  They can grow up to 7 m long.
