189nm sailed in 34 hours.   Our passage plan said 225 so we had 36 miles for free thanks to the current!  What a fantastic passage and what fun to find Ocean Rainbow taking everything in her stride.   We are now in Arrecife in a new marina with building works all around us but it’s a good place to shelter from the winds that are predicted for the next two days – and it’s good value!   We have also benefited as the immigration and customs control are in Arrecife so we don’t have to take an expensive taxi ride.   Apparently the officials monitor all boats coming from Africa!  Can’t think why!!!
