A month later than planned we are now on our way out of the Rio heading for Belize. Our autohelm wind instrument has been replaced and is working but we still don't have accurate readings for the wind direction. Ne'er mind, we shall revert to the old fashioned method and watch tell tales and feel the wind!! At night we'll just sail very, very conservatively so we don't have to change sails in the dark - that's our normal routine, but we shall be even more conservative if that is possible! It's good to be sailing again.
