We left Portsmouth with a couple of other boats and were rather disappointed to see them pulling away from us early in the trip but decided not to shake out any of our reefs!    Very glad we were too when the wind started playing its daily game of accelerating from nothing to Mach 4.   At one stage we did have a full yankee out but that was short lived as the wind  came back with a vengeance.   When we finally arrived in Roseau we joked with two of the boats that they must have had their engine on .... do you know what – they did!!  Honestly, why buy a yacht if you want a motor boat!     We enjoyed the sail and we are now on a mooring buoy off the Anchorage Hotel and preparing ourselves for the hike up to Boiling Lake.
