Happy Easter! We are going to the Taumoto islands 6am now, will take about 4/5days there is no wind so it will be slow progress.
9th April
Slow progress as there is no wind, we tried all different sail plans and have had to resort to the engine.
Started out at am yesterday (8th April) it's now 6.50am (9th) and we have only done 102miles our Lat-10.15S-Long-141.36W
At least we didn't have rain last night, we have to work out our passage by the sun & moon as the water rushes in & out of the lagoon we have to get in, we have to get in so many hours before and after sun rise & moon rise, that's why the engine is on as we have to maintain a regular speed so we can calculate the water height.
We have another 352 miles to go be foe the 1st island, I spelt it wrong yesterday, we are going to the Taumotu islands.
