Off to Panama Canal!

Hope all is well, now we have got all the stores for the boat & jobs done,
The agent has delivered 10 tyres and 4 specially measured rope for us to
go threw the Canal,
So we are all set to sail threw the Panama Canal, we have a pilot on board
& a boat handler.
What an amazing experience, we went threw the first 3 locks to go into a
large lake, which was 85 feet above sea level, when the canal was built in
1913 the lake was actually a group of mountains that was dammed off then
flooded, what a great feat of engineering to be built without any modern
machinery, the pilot got off then, we had dinner then settled down for the
