Smart neighbours

We have some classic boats for our neighbours, they have plenty of staff
on board to keep them tip top and shiny,
We have been getting soaked going ashore on the dingy as it is very
choppy, fed up of walking around town in wet knickers!
Good job most people here are sailors or they might think we have a problem!
The weather is brightening up a bit now and we are able to get a few
odd jobs done, get ship shape to go to sea again.
