After a couple of days enjoying the pleasures of Highbourne Cay, on Tuesday we upped anchor and sailed a few miles down to Shroud Cay.  This is an uninhabited island in the National Park that is actually two separate islands divided by a narrow, shallow, sandy bottomed, mangrove lined waterway that meanders its way between them so that is has the appearance of a small river.

We had a great time taking the dinghy through the ‘river’ and looking at the various birds, sharks and other fish that could be seen.
