Quite a tiring day today as spent 6 hrs sailing, ironically in search of water! (tanks are empty). Very windy and rough seas. Got to Ithaka and went to the village of Frikes but there was none there and then to Kioni but too busy to land … so carried on to Vathy on Ithaka where we are staying tonight. Went to café Karamela where the waiter kindly hailed the water tanker for us.

We have anchored in middle of the bay. Many boats have gone on the town quays...but they are all mad. It looks full, but new boats come along and squeeze their way in with the help of everyone around. We saw one greek yacht come in and muscle its way in despite it needing 8 feet width but there only being 2. Its like you parking in the supermarket car park next to someone in a proper space, to come back to find a car has pushed it way in between u and the car next door. Plus they are so close only way in is through the boot or the sunroof. They are so close they will be able to hear each other snore.

For those of you who wonder how we are coping being together 24x7 for the last 13 days, the answer is in the picture below.
