A tiny island about 20nm from the Mexican coast. Waited for a two day calm weather window, otherwise swell would be untenable.
Southern anchorage didn’t look too inviting with reefs either side of the small bay. East side less swell, but still very rocky seabed and notorious for anchor losses! Dropped anchor on East Side with a trip line in 6 metres of water in a sandy/rocky patch, Water very clear and and a shoal of angel fish appeared soon after.
Looking forward to exploring island to see the blue footed boobies!
