Update:

A quick but bumpy crossing towards the Channel Islands fortified by Dawn's bolognaise sauce and mash was relatively painless... But a couple of crew (nameless) have not eaten or drunk since we left due to either seasickness of hangover (post mortem to follow).

We are staying in the race, but stopping briefly in Guernsey to get them eating and drinking. We will not be going ashore or using any outside assistance and will start and stop the engine just outside St Peter Port.
