20 May – Carysfort Reef

The last stop was Carysfort where we took up a mooring for the night. It is  named after HMS Carysfort, which ran aground there (but did not sink) in 1770.

The reef here was really pretty and we saw some lovely fish to photograph, and a shy nurse shark that swam away too quickly. Spot the Blue parrotfish, Porcupine fish, Trunk fish, Scrawled File fish and Blue Tang
