The "Priory Squared" detox programme continues;
Jake is asleep, again, with the Little Princess. Last night, we
experienced a phosphoresence show, with depth charging jelly fish appearing off
the stern of the boat (need to explain to Betty - algae getting excited when
rubbing against the boat or anything else - they glow spectularly in the dark)
and dolphines charging towards thee boat looking somewhat like torpedoes.
All this excitement still did not manage to raise Jake from his
slumber.
The TWAT HAT was worn by several crew members
yesterday; Lynn and Sophie for wrongly enteringboat positions; don't panic, we
are not hearing towards Mexico -( I think!); Jake for nodding off at the wheel
and steering us back towards Las Palmas, and finally, Jony for stepping on the
throttle and waking up Jake!
Today, we are lounging around in 35deg heat -
message to EH01, we are just starting to break into the Wayfarers - not that bad
really - but still have fresh food left in the fridge.
Some last minute news.....we have a new lifetime
member of the twat hat group - Jony has just thrown a wet wipe out of the toilet
window, which caught int he guard wires around the boat - in full view of the
entire crew!
More tomorrow, we're off to play with more
spinnakers.!
