All has gone well so far planning our canal transit. We employed a local agent here Erick who has dealt with the beauracracy for us.

It might be possible to see us on the webcam in one of the locks, our Internet here is so hopeless here that I can not test this link, you might have better luck.

Our transit advisor will board the boat at 17:00 local time, that is all we know right now.

We have managed to get a couple if Americans (Steve and Tracey) to assist as line handlers. The transit takes two days, we anchor overnight in the lake (might see a crocodile).

Asia turned 12 the other day, we had dinner at the Marina with Sudoeste and cake on Moxie. The girls have been in non stop company of Emily since we arrived, mostly in the swimming pool. Behind and all around us there is jungle, there are monkeys there but we have not seen any yet.

Looking now to get entry to Galapagos which is ridiculously expensive, difficult and once you get there extremely restrictive. I have seriously considered skipping it and going directly 3000miles to Marquesas.

Sudoeste are still on the hard and transiting 29/30th.
