Once one of the largest centres of population on the Eastern seaboard in the early 18th century and now a sleepy little town of 2000.  The town has rebuilt its waterfront and restored the 18th century houses.  We visited a boat builders where dories are still built today using traditional skills and materials.
The yacht club is run by Susan and Alan from Dundee and tonight was quiz night!  Serving good beers at reasonable prices whilst Claire used their laundry facilities we had an enjoyable run ashore.
