We made an overnight passage from Mount Desert Island Maine arriving in Yarmouth in Canada very early this morning.
The passage was uneventful, fog all the way except for an hour of squalls/lightning/heavy rain at 0200 after which we saw the moon for 10 minutes before more fog.   Good sailing, reaching most of the way with 12kts of wind on a nearly flat sea, pity we couldn’t see where we were going except on the radar screen.......at least there are no lobster pots!
If the fog isn’t too thick we will probably head south and east tomorrow/Tuesday making for Shelburne, Lunenburg then Halifax and more of the must do tourist stuff.
