I did wonder if it was there to keep the freighter's speed up to a minimum required by the authorities. Its engine was running, propeller rotating and the tow was dropped when it entered the Black Sea.
These two towers are being built just as you enter the Black Sea. It is going to be a new suspension bridge. This is the Asian tower.
I dread to think how tall the towers are....it dwarfs the normal size tower cranes on the land below it.
This is Poyraskoy which seems to be a combined holiday resort and fishing harbour.
