The aim this morning was to sail to Nisos Milos and to see Richard a friend who I met there two years ago. It was a long trip and with favourable winds would have taken 12 hours or so.

The winds were not favourable and on the nose so I sailed north rather than west with the aim of stopping at Nisos Paros, an island that I have not been to before.

However we were going so well that I decided to carry on north to Nisos Siros. I suspect we will be here a few days as strong winds are forecast for the next few days from the north which is where I am trying to go.

I have just had a quick walk round the village here, the harbour below, Minka is in top centre of the picture.
