I have now been here for about a week preparing Minka for launching. We have just launched and are afloat back on berth A59.

The crane is a bit of overkill as it is rated at 100tons and Minka weighs about 9 fully loaded.

One of the jobs I have done is to fit a passerelle so it is easier to get on and off when stern to the pontoon. It folds in half so can be stowed on the stern rail. My next job is to create a gap in the pushpit so watch this space.

Lots of friends are here now working on their boats. It is not all work as the bar now has a pool table which is very popular. The tennis court they installed last year is now quite busy. Unfortunately I forgot to bring my bat.
