After all the preparation of the last few days, weeks and months White
Whisper crossed the line at 1300 GMT on our way to St Lucia.
Had our last view of land for 2800 miles an hour or so ago. After a rainy
start to the day, the cloud has gone and it looks like we’re in for a clear
night. Forecast for tomorrow, hot and sunny with the wind the the right
direction!!!!
All going well so far. The start was a bit light on wind but got the
Cruising Chute up now and doing 7ish Knots with 16knots of wind behind us.
Fantastic! Everybody getting prepared for their first night watch. Starting
with 2 hours on 8 hours off as there are 5 of us so all being well we should
get some sleep!
Ian and Peter cooking Tuna for us later (unless Alex catches a fresh fish
first!)
