Having decided not to go to Isle Houat, we set sail for Loc Maria on the Isle de Groix. The wind died and we motored for a few miles, but on arriving at Loc Maria we didn't like the look of the harbour as the anchorage was too exposed so our afternoon nap and swim was thwarted and we set off for Port Manech at the entrance to the Aven and Belon rivers, it was a great sail but on arrival we had to anchor out as there was insufficient water in the estuary.The wind died and a calm evening ensued. 37 miles from Belle Isle.
