23th March.
We walked up to the old plantation house on Nevis. Very hot. Climbed half way up the volcano, then turned around and headed for the beach. After lunch and swimming, reading and more swimming, a lady invited Annie and I to do Sunset yoga on the beach. The boys went back to the boat, while we did some gentle yoga, including sun salute and watched the sunset behind Mares tail, as we stood trying to balance in Tree pose on the sand.
Stayed for some Rastafarian Bean soup, served in a gourd.
