Day 32 - Bimini Bahamas - Fort Pierce Florida

Leaving the crystal clear waters of North Bimini on high tide we slipped past the small town on the water's edge and out into the Straits of Florida once more. Initially motoring in flat calm seas until the wind freshened from the east and then south east - a perfect route to benefit from the Gulf Stream (adding 2-3 knots) in our north-westerly heading back to the U.S. coastline. Shipping channels to cross through again and noon-day sights to keep us busy during daytime watches. Before long, the day slipped into night, no moon again and this time few stars to guide our way ,,,, just the constant wind and rolling waves!
