The overnight strong winds slipped away to greet the morning sky as clear blue and good visibility into the water - definitely a day to dive under the boat and inspect / clean.

First though a small water ingression (yes - that word again). This time around the log fitting. Nothing to be too concerned (approx 1mm / day), but something to work on to minimize (or at least keep drying daily) and leave until the next haul-out. So, once gain is was floor panels up (this time in the forward cabin), dry out, try some sealant and replace.

Next the dive, Di keeping watch (and peeling blue rubber off the inside of a sail bag)! Water not too cold, but definitely wet suit wear! In amongst the "giant" angel type fish (to be identified) - curious to see what I was doing and of course eating whatever I scraped off the hull and other underwater fitments. The propeller being the worse - plenty of crustacean stuck on the blades - a good 15-20 mins of scraping away! I wonder if this was limiting the engine revs(??) - at least 1/2 kn drag!! Otherwise the anti-foul on the hull looked good.

The rest of the afternoon spent drying out and drinking hot chocolate. Evening in and a "Great British Bake Of" episode!!
