Yes a morning run - only 16 miles (with bridges) - helped again by Di for the last 3 miles as a bike pacer down our favourite side track alongside the salt marsh creeks. Then to provisioning, stowing and making ready for a short coastal trip - time to take Magic Friday out again! An evening visit to the marina club (they turned the air conditioning off at last) nice for free beer and socialising! Early to bed to leave on the tide in the morrow!!
