Well, after a very eventful week on St Helena, we will leave today.
We have changed our plans and instead of continuing north to Cape Verde, and then to Bermuda, we will now cross the Atlantic to Fernando de Noronha, an island 200 miles off the bulge of Brazil and then make our way north through the Caribbean to Bermuda in time for the America's Cup in May and June.

We will loose cell phone coverage and have no comms until we reach the equator and we are out of the satellite shadow. At that time I will blog so that you all know that our comms are up and working via our KVH.
Our weather prediction for our crossing is East to South East wind, 11-13 knots. Champagne Sailing.

We expect to fly our spinnaker everyday for the whole voyage, but will take it down at night to avoid any Sodds Law situations.

Bye for now.
