But we are officially in Colombia, Santa Marta marina. ( No, I do not like marinas But there are some places where you have no choice ).
The first ‘big news’ — mission accomplished. After living Prickly Bay, Grenada, on Sunday a week ago… we are attached to the doc at Santa Marta marina, made 817.7 nm ( if my computer is telling the truth to me…).
There is no shortage in challenges. Colombian check-in rules are so complicated… or I would say — they are so varying depending on what you want to do…. And you have to say in advance —- ‘ Do you want to stay more then 3 days? More then 5 days? Longer? Visiting which places ?’. You better come with exact plan — which I’m obviously do not have…
And now — the major challenge is to decide what is next, since the process has been started, and if I do not decide — they will ask me to leave the country NOW!
But I got a feeling — there is so much to see there… it looks so interesting… ;-)
But all that a bit later…
Right now — WE ARE IN COLOMBIA!!!
