Folks
Well here we are
with only 620 miles to go, if we keep up our average speed of 6.5 Knots we will
be in St Lucia in four days and a couple of hours. It's sod law that we will be
arriving at night, so as long as I remember the bouoyage is not the same as in
the UK we should be OK.
We are getting
excited as we near our new home, but as Kevin pointed out to me to
night. 620 miles is the same distance from the UK to north Spain, puts
it in contect really.
We've been trying
to keep the blog up to date on a daily basis and I think we've done
quite quite a good job, please email to let us know how we've
performed. But it getting harder to type as we are being bounced from
wave to wave. Some of the waves are quite large one or two story building in
cases. The view from the top of these large waves is quite something and the
surfing down the other side is great fun.
Well only a
short blog tonight, but to help you formulate a picture in your heads I've
attached two pictures of, first thing this morning and (about 10 minutes
ago) from tonight.
