Start van een nieuw avontuur - Back to the roots
Deze maand is mijn eerste boek af, ik heb het voor review doorgegeven aan mensen die ik ken.
Dit jaar bestaat Toque de Mar 5 jaar, 5 jaar van avontuur : "Droom, emotie, leed , liefde en hoop"
Hoop, dat is waar we voor leven, las deze ochtend dat Herman Brusselmans aan kinderen denkt.
Wat kan de liefde toch allemaal te weeg brengen bij de mensen.
Today is a special day, a new area starts, I prepare my last adventure with Libertas. My first book is written and is now for review to some friends.
5 years of experience combined in the sentences : Dream, emotion, sufur, love and hope.
In one week Libertas must be ready for sailing back to her final destination in our life togheter. Some would say better the short pain than a long story.
I have no choice, staying where she is now would not be good for her.
A boat has to sail if it doesn't sail it will go slowly away, taken by the forces of the nature, the wind, the sun, the rain, the sea, ... .
It's Friday 16th of September 2016, the day started early, at 06.40 a flight to Porto, Portugal.
Already a day to take descissions, refuse a delivery because now I need to bring Libertas back to the mainland.
It's 10.00 am, I'm in the centre of Porto. My next flight is in the afternoon so I have time think about all the items to organise this week.
At least I enjoy on a sunny terras a Super Bock . 5 years close living in Portugal but still my Portuguese is poor . I can slowly follow the conversations around me, some words like fugo!
I slowly evaluate the plan for next weeks, 14 days before Libertas will be back in Portugal Continental, she left end of June 2011 the coast of the Algarve and stayed in the Azores till today.
I have a store list for 15 days ready, so for this weekend, we starts with filling Libertas with stores. Without stores, no life on board , no life no fun on board.
My last visit was in June, a list of items which have to be ready had been made and was organized to be arranged. As always, what you try to organize isn't easy to plan if you are not at the location. I don't want to delay the departure. What I can arrange I will arrange if I can't do it in time, no other way than to try it without.
The planning is that from today, Super Mario will send me the meteo to the satphone, in order to teach him about the weather and in order I have a back up at home when crossing.
We will see, he has 7 days to learn to work with the system we yesterday tested togheter.
My mind is suddenly out of concentration when I see the waitress is wearing a bra typically like the colors of the cows of the Azores. Missing already my darling , is clear.
I'm planning to visit today the Marina , Douro Marina, in order to see for Libertas to stay for a month. Starting from the 1st of October.
And slowly enjoy a Prato do Dia at less than 5 euro, Portugal is cheap for food and drinks.
So will be the planning, let's see what the day will bring. At 16.40 I have my flight to Ponta Delgada.
