A gun like this could ruin your whole day - however, it apparently took 3 hours to load! Not sure how effective that would have been but fortunately it was never really tested in anger.

If only Kingfisher needed gorillas on the winches - she would have been a perfect addition to the crew

We had been grateful for the light from this fellow a few days earlier…still has a lighthouse keeper who specialises in making wedding cakes - he doesn't have much to do with the light any more.
