Noon position: 41:33.7N 8:52.1W
Another sunny day with a good northerly breeze
Yanni is still being tiresomely difficult to start when he is cold. Bled the fuel lines again - there was a little air in there but not much. Double checked the starter motor and battery terminals - all good there. Also manipulated the exhaust pipe (the rubber bits) to see if there a=was any obstruction there - does not seem so). He does eventually start.
We got away just before noon heading towards Porto. Cracking fast run downwind with genoa poled out to starboard. There are some worrying chafe points which we need to resolve if we are going to use this sail configuration, particularly the top mainsail battens on the shrouds and the genoa sheet on the guard-rail.
More dolphins today which particularly delighted Leigh (we didn't see any yesterday on the way to Viana)
Alongside at the Marina Douro at Porto at 1830
Day's run: 33 miles
