Nautical miles run noon to noon - 154! This is extremely good for us, the
sailors that usually choose to go slowly.

Wind has dropped to 10 - 14 knots which means that the sea is flatter but we
need the engine on to go fast enough to arrive on Saturday afternoon. We
could sail it but would end up arriving in the dark or we could sail it
slowly and arrive on Sunday but the forecast is for strong winds and rain on
Sunday so we would like to be tucked up at anchor by then.

I think we may tray a spot of fishing after lunch. Now we have eaten
several meals there is room in the fridge and the boat is not rolling so
ridiculously badly that despatching and filleting the catch would be the
nightmare it would have been yesterday.

There's confidence for you. Not putting a line out because we assume we
will catch something if we do. Moana Roa have had four lines out for the
whole trip and not caught a thing so we are not rating our chances all that
highly at the moment.

Nothing else to report. All is well.
