If you are a fish they look delicious so finally we are catching and landing our own fish.  We are a bit rubbish at killing the Mahi Mahi though which is very distressing but we keep taking advice and will perfect the art of the tidy despatch in due course.  A wet towel round the fishes head really helps to calm it down and therefore reduces the risk of significant injury to the assembled personnel however.

The best plan is only to catch Tuna and Wahoo which take one look at you and die obligingly quiet however we are still just glad to catch anything so won’t be getting too concerned about species just yet.
