Another ‘Must Do’ that we had heard about from those ahead of us.  ‘Coral Gardens’ are exactly what they say and we have seen several in our travels so far but this was way beyond anything we had seen before.  The coral (and fishes) are in a shallow pass so there is a current to ride while snorkelling which is half the fun.  But, the real difference is that the water is clear enough and shallow enough for the light to penetrate so the colours are really distinct and the coral very healthy. 

 

From the surface you have no idea what lies below….

 

 

 

There were numerous clams of all shapes, sizes and colours. The blue ones were the most impressive.

 

 

It was the first coral garden we have seen that really felt like a garden…
