It’s amazing how a good night’s sleep with no squalls can cheer one up.  Today has been a wonderful sailing day with ESE winds at around 25 knots and the waves a little kinder, but they do seem to have increased in the last half an hour again.  On deck is very pleasant – below decks continues to be a challenge.  But dinner is in the oven - lamb chops tonight.  The green bananas remain stubbornly green – no doubt each meal during last week will include a banana. Currently on schedule to reach St Lucia 14-15 days from now, wind permitting.
