Thursday 1st May – Wednesday 7th May

We spent a couple of days on the buoy then went and had a lunch time stop at Deep Bay before returning to Jolly Harbour and going into the marina.  We had two attempts at getting into the berth as Penny tried to demolish one of the mooring poles – no damage done just a loss of dignity!

We met up with “Spray” who’s daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter were now on board.  We also caught up with Geoff on “Nida” who was getting ready to return to the UK leaving on May 5th, and several other OCC members.

We stayed in the marina for 3 nights until we couldn’t stand the mosquitoes any more, and are now back out on a buoy, much cooler than the marina. Tomorrow we will help “Spray” take their sails down as they are leaving their boat here for the summer, before we set off south back to Grenada for the summer hurricane season.
