The last 12 hours have been worse than exhausting -
big seas making progress slow
Quite a few large waves at least cleaned the decks
but real washing machine motion for over 12
hours >>been three hours on and off watch
system ...both exhausted just sleep when we can
Why when one craves a simple life does one go to
sea? could just be knowing at the end of this there will be
wonderful bays and islands and fab sailing - still
the sea and wind have eased a bit - though still rougher
than most days off Portland
Hope to be finally out of the English Channel and
into Biscay this time tomorrow
H has now eaten so on mend but back to catch up on
sleep
