Three days now sitting at the mouth of Road Town marina. Quest is dancing on the anchor in the wind, especially at night rolling about in the swell and pushing me from one side of the bed to another. Strange thumping and creaking noises all around - is the sea talking to me?
8 days of this Caribbean paradise and I am loving it! Forget Antigua, St Lucia, Barbados etc etc (been there, done it, got a t-shirt) - BVI is the biz! Such a beautiful neck of the woods; azure seas dotted with necklaces of green islands, some big enough for one coco palm only, others with posh mansions sprawled along its top. Mr Branson, your Necker Island is a gem!
But apart from gorgeous sea, beautiful white beaches, curious sea turtles popping up their old man's heads and all other creatures big and small, it is Quest All Inclusive hospitality that is so special! Thank YOU Quest for taking me on board!
